In addition, he litigates cases against religious organizations that have permitted children to be abused for decades.
Reich is an experienced litigator who brings that wealth of knowledge and experience in seeking remedies for individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others. Prior to joining the firm, he represented companies and insurance carriers. He has defended businesses and individuals in state and federal courts for more than 15 years. Reich has litigated hundreds of cases, including product liability, professional liability, and premise liability lawsuits.
Ryan regularly handles cases nationwide involving sexual and physical assaults in institutional settings. He litigates cases against religious organizations that have allowed children to be abused for decades, including cases against the Catholic Church (in multiple states), Southern Baptist Church, Seventh-Day Adventists, Evangelical Lutheran Churches of America, various cults, including Scientology, among others. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as assistant chief of the Trials Division in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
