Jake Warner

Jake Warner is an attorney at Laffey Bucci D’Andrea Reich & Ryan, dedicated to representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to negligence, unsafe conditions, and defective products. As a member of the firm’s Motor Vehicle Division, Jake is committed to holding property owners and corporations accountable when their carelessness endangers the lives of hardworking people.

A Bucks County native, Jake gained valuable legal experience during law school working at several law firms, where he assisted in representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He also served as a clerk for a civil trial court judge and worked in the juvenile division of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

Jake graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University before earning his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where he sharpened his writing and oral advocacy skills and earned the Outstanding Oral Argument Award for his appellate brief. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for advocating for individuals who have been wronged by powerful corporations that prioritize profits over people.

Outside of the courtroom, Jake enjoys golfing, exercising, cheering on all the Philly sports teams, and spending quality time with friends and family.
