2 Pennsylvania Teachers Charged in Child Porn Cases

Maryland Supreme Court Hears Arguments to 2023 Child Victims Act

Pennsylvania School Principal Convicted of Possessing Child Porn

According to a recent United States District Court for the Eastern District of PA (Philadelphia) press release, a Pennsylvania teacher was convicted of possessing images depicting child sex abuse. Investigators located him through a website which sells such images; he later admitted to buying the images. At the time of the investigation and arrest, the teacher, Troy Czukoski, was serving as the principal of a middle school in Delaware County, PA. Previously, he was a principal in the Phoenixville School District.

Czukoski pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 2 years in a federal prison. Czukoski’s lawyer said that Czukoski was a survivor of child sex abuse. Source: www.timesherald.com, “Former Phoenixville principal gets 2 years in prison for child porn”

Special Education Teacher in Pennsylvania Charged with Child Porn

This is not the first child sex abuse image/porn case involving a Pennsylvania area teacher. Over the holiday weekend, another Phoenixville teacher was charged with possessing images depicting child sex abuse. This teacher was a special education teacher for a Phoenixville middle school. He had been working at the Phoenixville School District for over 10 years.
