Laffey Bucci D’Andrea Reich & Ryan Adds Alexandra Stulpin to Crime Victims Team

PHILADELPHIA (July 2023) – Our firm is pleased to announce that associate attorney Alexandra Stulpin has joined the Crime Victims Team. Stulpin handles cases involving sexual and physical assaults in institutional settings including boarding schools, residential treatment facilities, hospitals, universities, schools, sports organizations, daycare centers, and religious institutions.

“Allie is a highly accomplished litigator and passionate advocate for victims of assault, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team,” said Guy D’Andrea, firm founding partner and chair of the firm’s crime victim practice. “We look forward to providing our clients with the benefit of her keen insight into the civil litigation process as we work to ensure the survivors who come to us are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.”

Prior to joining Laffey Bucci D’Andrea Reich & Ryan, Stulpin was a trial lawyer at a plaintiff’s firm in Philadelphia, charged with managing every sex abuse case in the firm from the initial intake to its conclusion. She also worked at a well-known education law firm in New Jersey that oversaw the representation of more than 80 school boards across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As part of her education law practice, Stulpin worked closely with school administrators, Child Study Teams, and those working in special education, gaining insight into the issues faced by the most vulnerable students in institutional settings.

“Laffey Bucci D’Andrea Reich & Ryan has a formidable reputation for victim advocacy, and I am honored to join their team,” said Stulpin. “I am dedicated to ensuring victims of crime are heard and supported, and I look forward to working with the compassionate attorneys at this firm on their behalf.”

Stulpin received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
